Wendy Boscia completed an initial RYT HR training in Vinyasa Yoga with an emphasis on Baron Baptiste “Power Yoga” and a -hour RYT from Ohra Yoga training with Michelle Briks-Prosper Lara Heimann Dana Slamp and Ilana Zakan She has been teaching for over years She has gone on to receive extensive training and certifications in several styles of Yoga and Meditation including Mindfulness Meditation Yin and Restorative yoga as well as studying subtle energies and extensively the anatomy of the body Wendy has also spent the past several years in the study of Buddhism In Wendy received Yoga Alliance “RYS” status which recognizes her as a Yoga Alliance teacher trainer and continuing education provider.
