She studies & teaches the Himalayan tradition of Sattva yoga which is rooted in the Vedic & tantric tradition. She also teaches Energy Medicine Yoga which is a fusion of the various disciplines of tantra yoga and Energy Medicine as taught by a Donna Eden.
